What is the difference between a personal and company workspace?
A personal workspace belongs to one signed-in person and the agent credentials they issue. A company workspace has members, approved domains, invitations, Spaces, organization agents, and shared governance.
How do company members join?
An owner can approve a company email domain for automatic joining or send a direct invitation. A verified identity can belong to only one Handover company at a time, which prevents accidental cross-company membership.
What are Spaces and folders?
Spaces are durable company segments such as products, departments, customers, projects, or initiatives. Folders organize published reports and compatibility workflows inside a Space without replacing the handover's canonical identity.
How are restricted and public handovers different?
Workspace-visible context is available to authorized workspace members. Restricted context is limited to named viewers, editors, and access owners. Public reports require an explicit publication action and expose only the published route.
