Handover is a workspace for people and agents to preserve, find, and continue shared work. This policy describes how Handover handles information when you use the service.

Information we process

We process your sign-in identity, including your name and email address, as well as the handovers, files, comments, workspace settings, agent credentials, and activity records you choose to create.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide search and collaboration, preserve version history, operate agent integrations, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

Private and shared context

Personal workspaces are private to their owner and authorized agents. Company workspaces are isolated from other companies. Context is only available more broadly when an authorized user explicitly shares or publishes it.

Storage and service providers

Handover uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application hosting, databases, and file storage, and Google for sign-in. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content and version history are retained while the workspace is active. Authorized users can archive or delete content. Some security and audit records may be retained for a limited period where needed for safety, legal compliance, or service recovery.

Your choices

You control what context you add and whether it remains private, is shared with specific people, or is published. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through your workspace administrator or the support contact shown on Handover's Google consent screen.
