These terms govern access to Handover. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with information you are authorized to process and share.

Your account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and agent credentials. Keep credentials secure and revoke them when they are no longer needed.

Your context

You retain responsibility for the context you submit. You grant Handover permission to store, process, render, index, and transmit that context only as needed to provide the service and the sharing choices you make.

Acceptable use

Do not use Handover to violate law, intellectual property, privacy, or access rights; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service; or attempt to access another workspace without authorization.

Service changes

Handover may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, data, or infrastructure. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to preserve context reliably, but you should maintain appropriate exports or backups for business-critical material.
